''Disco Extravaganza'' is the first studio album by the Swedish pop group Army of Lovers, released in 1990. In the USA, the album was simply titled ''Army of Lovers''. The tracklist is slightly different and some songs were remixed for the US version. "Supernatural" and "Ride the Bullet" were re-recorded for inclusion on ''Massive Luxury Overdose'', the band's second and most successful album ("My Army Of Lovers" was also included, but not re-recorded). The album was first planned to be released only in Scandinavia, but in winter of 90/91 when they performed in Super Channel-show, 40 million people in Japan watched them and the album was released there too. Still after 4 months the album was in the Top 50 in Japan.〔Slitz, No 2 April 1991, Kjell Häglund, Army Of Lovers - Nu lämnar de Sverige, p.70-75〕 A remastered version of the album was released in 2007. The track "Viva La Vogue" was used in the soundtrack of the comedy film ''Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead''. The track "Birds of Prey" is a faithful rendition of the first section of the original "Birds of Prey", the first track on the United Artists 1976 album release "New Nation", by Roderick Falconer. ==Track listing== #Birds of Prey (1:11) #Ride the Bullet (4:17) #Supernatural (4:11) #Viva la Vogue (3:33) #Shoot That Laserbeam (Re-Recorded Version) (4:23) #Love Me Like a Loaded Gun (The 1990 Remix) (4:58) #Baby's Got a Neutron Bomb (The 1990 Remix) (3:24) #Love Revolution (3:59) #Scorpio Rising (4:33) #Mondo Trasho (4:24) #Dog (4:05) #My Army of Lovers (3:28) #Hey Mr. DJ (3:46) #I Am the Amazon (The 1990 Remix) (4:14) #Planet Coma 3AM (3:56) Some tracks like "Love Me Like a Loaded Gun", "Ride the Bullet" and "Supernatural" were re-recorded later to be offered as more attractive single versions. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Disco Extravaganza」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
